What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

We support 1-piece sample orders for testing. Bulk production usually starts from 100 pcs per style, but we’re flexible based on your needs.

Can I customize the bottle, cap, and packaging? +

Yes. We have 27 bottle shapes and 37 cap styles in stock, plus support for mold customization based on your design. Label and outer box designs are fully customizable.

Is your lash glue certified? Can I sell it in my country? +

Yes, our products comply with CE, FDA, RoHS, CPNP, and IEC 62471, and we support additional tests for your region.

How long is the shelf life of the lash glue? +

Most Pinkyleem lash glues have a shelf life of 6–8 months unopened, and 4–6 weeks after opening, depending on storage and formula.

Can you help me design my logo and packaging? +

Yes, we offer free packaging design services with our in-house design team for glue bottles, labels, and boxes.

How fast can I receive the sample or bulk order? +

Samples are ready in 3–5 days. Bulk production usually takes 7–15 days, plus shipping. We’ll provide tracking and support along the way.
